  • TBR/DL
    Twister-double-twister

 

Used for producing sewing, fishnet threads, technical threads and tyre chord threads in a single passage.

 

 

This easy to operate system is designed for an operator free performance and the max flexibility as far as denier range is concerned, guaranteeing the highest possible quality level for the final product.

IThe ring twister TBR-DELTA is made to double and twist several single ends with sinple or continuous feed, in a single operation. di più capi singoli ad alimentazione semplice o continua (capo coda), in una sola operazione.

The machine is operated from a computer with a touch-screen panel.

 

  • TBR/DL-GLASS
    Twister-double-twister for spinning glass fibers

 

 

production of twisted, doubled glass fiber threads in a single passage, for bottle bobbins type H5 or H6.

This easy to operate system is designed for an operator free performance and the max flexibility as far as denier range is concerned, guaranteeing the highest possible quality level for the final product. Spindles are driven by tangential belts on both the first and second twist. The system is equipped with a thread control sensor, which stops the spindle in case of breakage. Of the two  feed cylinders, one is smooth and the other is grooved, and the feed lever is positively driven (by gears). The bottle bobbins for the first twist, in the top area, are separated by a special polished alluminium paraballoon, internally brushed and anodized.

 

for threads twisted in 3-5 ply, or from heavier bottle bobbins like H8 or H9, We offer the TBR/SC. The machine is operated by a computer from a touch-screen panel.

  • TBR/DT
    Twister-double-twister

 

 

Used in the production in a single stage of perfectly balanced filament-cordonets and organzines (sewing-threads, embroidery threads, fishnet threads, threads for shaggy carpets, for industrial use such as airbags or belting).

 

This easy to operate system is designed for an operator free performance and the max flexibility as far as denier range is concerned, guaranteeing the highest possible quality level for the final product. The spindles on the two decks are independently driven: the top deck is equipped with two-for-one spindles driven by a tangential belt, the lower deck is equipped with motorized spindles. The two delivery rollers are driven by gears, one is smooth and the other is grooved. The machine is operated by computer from a touch-screen panel.

 

The bottom deck spindles are motor spindles, of the synchronous type. This guarantees the least difference of twist between spindles.

When a thread breaks, the motor spindle stops automatically and the operator will restart it by lowering the level when he is ready to restart the new bobbin.

This new model, by combining two-for-one spindles and motor spindles, has two major advantages compared to older models TBR/LA and TBR/DELTA: lower energy consumption (up to 45% savings per KG) and lower noise levels.

  • TBR/SC
    Twister-double-twister

 

 

The TBR-SC model is a machine with pre-twisting feed located at the side grill of the main machine. The side creel can hold groups of 2 to 5 spindles, and the drive of every feed line is managed by a motor that operates the 2-5 spindles with a tangential system. Pre-twisting can be managed with a two for one spindle which has the advantage of reducing energy consumption. In this case the model takes the name of TBR-SC-DT. The working fields range from the twisting of monofil threads to the twisting of glass fiber threads. The machine allows the execution of twisting-doubling-twisting in one step with large supply package and knot free thread length. The feed roller delivery in connection with one working process guarantees constant and high class quality. The machine is controlled from a computer and there is one motor per pre-twist group. In case of thread breakage, the pre-twist group and the corresponding downtwist spindle stop altogether. The single end detection of the threads can be mechanical or electronic. The motors are driven by inverter, with a controlled stop program in case of power failure. The downtwist spindles are supplied in the single motor per spindle version.
